I remember Mum used to bring me to pasar ( ahem, actually mum dragging me there) when I was young . and I would see the way she chose her fish.Professional man. Now I guess I can *kind of* tell you how to do it too.Plus one more thing, the fishmonger is a nice man and he doesn't make fishy business deals. Now he is my mum's good friend, cos he sends the fish to my home, saves the hassle of us going to the pasar, and me getting up early for that. ( Umm.. do I sound as if I'm complaining? Heheheh.... )
